Synopsis
Toru Hojo decides to take Nobuyuki Kazaya's murder case saying that it wasn't an Unknown that killed him but a human with telekinetic powers. Tetsuya Sawaki, going against the OverLord's principles, tries to revive Ryo Ashihara using a super powered human. Unfortunately, the man who killed him, Katsuhiko Sagara, is not powerful enough to do it.
