Synopsis
When cutting-edge surveillance technology fails to catch a thief in the act, Ed must rely on good ol' human ingenuity to crack the case. Elsewhere, Mary and Mike intervene when a cheating husband is caught red-handed. Meanwhile, when Montecito's grooviest high-roller is in need of vintage duds, only Emmy-winner Don Knotts can keep his polyester groove alive.
